Between the books: what does your library mean to you?
30 September 2013
Whether you’re an avid library user or not Council wants to hear from you to help tailor its cultural activities and programs for maximum appeal and benefit to the Bayside community.
The two part survey, being conducted by the State Library of Victoria and Public Libraries Victoria Network, is open to all library users.
The information gathered in the survey will allow public libraries to understand what users’ expectations and preferences are for activities and programs provided.
The survey focuses on the cultural benefits offered by libraries including author talks, reading groups, literary festivals, performances and storytelling, to the provision of materials which assist borrowers to pursue cultural activities.
The survey will run until 31 October 2013 and takes 5 – 10 minutes to complete.
