Bayside City Council provides a range of services to assist frail older people, people of all ages with disabilities and the carers of these people to remain at home in the community.

The services are funded through the Commonwealth Government, State Government and Bayside City Council.

All services are accessed through Bayside City Council's Assessment Team who determine a resident's eligibility for services.
