Provides a range of support services to carers. The Carer Telephone Information Line provides support, information and assistance in accessing a range of respite and community services. The service will organise respite and personal care in emergency situations.

Carers Association Victoria (CAV)
Care Line provides information (with interpreting assistance) to carers and service providers who work with carers.
Also offers free information distribution, referral service, library, carer support program, education and training. Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday

Carers Support Group
Castlefield Community Centre 505 Bluff Road, Hampton Share experiences and gain support from others. Respite care available for person you care for.
Hours: Last Friday of the month 10.30 am - 12.00 noon
