Home maintenance
Home maintenance provides assistance with a comprehensive range of minor repairs and tasks required to maintain the safety and security of the home.
Tasks can be undertaken outdoors such as cleaning spouting or windows or indoors such as installing safety rails or changing globes.
Eligibility
Home maintenance is available for residents of Bayside who are frail, aged or suffer from a permanent disability.
Costs
Fees are based on a sliding scale in accordance with your annual income. Additional fees are charged for materials used to complete home maintenance work. To make a payment, view the Pay a health or community care bill information.
How to apply
Anyone can apply by making a referral for the service, including yourself, a relative or friend, a nurse, a general practitioner or another service provider.
