Indigenous trail - stories

Bayside Indigenous Sculptures

The Bayside Indigenous Sculptures are accompanied by interpretive signage that provide insight into the works and the social customs of  indigenous people.

Each sculpture is based on stories authored by Boon Wurrung Elder, Carolyn Briggs.

The sculptures demonstrate a direct relationship with the Bayside coastal environment and have been located in positions that enhance and compliment this rich cultural heritage.
