Fences

You will require a Building Permit if the:

• front fence is > 1.2m in height. (Note: A front fence is any fence within 3m of front allotment boundary).
• fence is > 1m in height where the fence is within 9m of the point of intersection of street alignments on corner allotments.
• fence is > 2m in height.
• fence is in association with a swimming pool barrier.
