Approvals Committee Agenda
You can view the Approvals Committee Agenda from the Council Meetings section of the website.
This version of the approvals agenda contains the officers report to the Approvals Committee, but does not include the assessment criteria or copies of the plans. Complete copies of the agenda for Council’s Approvals Committee are available free of charge from the main reception of the Corporate Centre, 76 Royal Avenue, Sandringham, as well as from the Bayside libraries. It includes a copy of all reports and the recommendations to the Committee. The agenda is available on the Friday preceding the Tuesday meeting. If you are an interested party to an application before the committee, and wish to speak at the meeting, a request must be made in writing by 11am on the day of the meeting. The request should be submitted to Council's Governance Manager, Mr Terry Callant.
