View currently advertised or determined Planning Applications

View Bayside City Council’s determined or currently advertised or determined planning permit applications using the Planning Application Register.

The online register provides the following information:

  • application number
  • applicant’s name
  • relevant address
  • description of the proposal
  • date lodged
  • date determined

Condition of use

Any information obtained from the online register must not be given to a third party and/or used to facilitate direct marketing.

You may also view a planning application file currently advertised (which may include plans and other supporting documentation), by visiting Council’s Corporate Centre - 76 Royal Avenue, Sandringham - between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you wish to view a determined application, submit your request in writing to the above address or submit an online enquiry form quoting the application number and address.

 

Legislative information

  • Planning Application Register: Under the Planning and Environment Act (1987) Bayside City Council is required to provide a register of planning applications and decisions. The data currently available is from 8 October 2003.
  • Planning Application Search: A variety of search criteria including street address and application number are available.
  • Legislative Requirements: In determining the contents of the Planning Applications Register Bayside City Council has taken into account the Information Privacy Act 2000, the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and the Subdivision Act 1988. Please note that as a user of the Planning Application Register you may be subject to the Commonwealth Privacy Act and/or the Victorian Information Privacy Act in relation to your collection, use and handling of any information obtained from the Register.
