Siting Requirements

Building Permits: Siting Requirements for single dwellings and associated out buildings on sites greater than 500m2 in area.

Amendment C2 to the Bayside Planning Scheme was gazetted 18 March 2004.

This amendment will impact on the application of the Building Regulations 1994, Part 4, in particular the following regulations:

• Regulation 4.9 Minimum street setbacks
• Regulation 4.11 Site coverage
• Regulation 4.14 Side and rear setbacks
• Regulation 4.24 Front fence height
