Quality in practise – early years conference
Quality in practise - early years conferenceis focused on strengthening partnerships across five neighbouring municipalities and setting the direction around the early years reforms including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and the introduction of Universal Access to 15 hours of four year old kindergarten.
The conference will focus on Victoria’s plan to improve outcomes in early childhood and aims to include all early years (0-8 years) educators. It is targeted, but not exclusively, to services such as child care, kindergartens, primary schools, out of school hours care, early learning centres, committees of management, early intervention programs, occasional care, maternal child health and family day care.
The aim of the conference is to encourage the workforce to continue to work collaboratively, share information and plan with other professionals, continue to provide high quality teaching and learning and recognise continuous professional improvement.
