Agencies and schools information

Our programs are responsive to the needs of young people. If there is a specific issue at your school that you would like addressed, please contact us and we will try to adjust or create a program to meet your needs. While all attempts are made to meet requests for school-based programs, there may be times when we are at full capacity and cannot meet schools’ needs.

Support is available for individual students via the - Schools referral for individual Counselling & support

Bayside Glen Eira Kingston Youth Network (BGKYN)

The Bayside Kingston Glen Eira Youth Network are guided by a set of agreed principles. These eight principles were developed as part of the Bayside Youth Charter, which was a joint initiative between Bayside City Council and the Bayside Glen Eira Kingston Local Learning and Employment Network to improve the way organisations work with young people aged between 10 and 25 years. The eight principles will govern the work of the network and used when determining a collaborative response to issues within the youth sector.

The Bayside Glen Eira and Kingston Youth Network aims to:

  • provide up to date information about the youth sector at agency, local, state and federal levels
  • provide opportunity for organisation representatives to share information about new initiatives and programs occurring in their organisation
  • provide networking opportunities for organisation representatives to create stronger working relationships

The BGKYN is open to community and government services or organisations that work with or assist young people and / or their families in the Cities of Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston.
