As part of the review of the way Bayside City Council engages with its community, Council has undertaken consultation around its Community Engagement Framework.

The Framework has been reviewed to take account of feedback from three community focus groups held on 20 and 26 August 2009. The amended draft Framework was adopted by Council on 22 September 2009 and will be further reviewed in 12 months.

The Framework will now be used to guide how Bayside City Council engages with the community across a range of issues including simple, localised matters and complex issues of wider impact.
