The proposed land for sale adjoins the Black Rock Kindergarten. The land proposed for sale forms part of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 6053 Folio 591, being part lot 1 and 2 on LP 10053. The proposed land for sale is shown hatched on the plan below (Land).

Any person requesting to be heard in support of his or her submission is entitled to be heard before Council (or a Committee established by Council for this purpose) or be represented by a person acting on his or her behalf, at a Special Committee of Council to be held on Monday 16 June at 7pm in the Council Chambers, Boxshall Street, Brighton. Written submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.

Following consideration of submissions Council may resolve to sell all or part of the land or retain the land.
