Council Planning

Bayside City Council is committed to an integrated business planning process. This process is designed to ensure effective and open government, and it includes consultation with the community and ratepayers in order to achieve the best outcomes for the municipality.

This section covers Council's formal planning and reporting processes culminating in the production of the Council Plan, Annual Report and Annual Budget. It also covers Council's Best Value program, which is a system ensuring all of Council's services are periodically reviewed and evaluated, and directions for future improvement are set.
