Louise Cooper-Shaw
Louise Cooper-Shaw takes pride in being a long-term Bayside resident and ratepayer. She and husband Chris, have raised their two teenager daughters in the area and acknowledge the unique family environment that Bayside offers. Louise has postgraduate qualifications in psychology, criminology, business and commerce. Professionally, she consults to businesses on leadership and cultural change and lectures in degree and MBA programs at Monash University and elsewhere. She has considerable international work experience and enjoys the challenge of working in culturally diverse environments. Louise is enthusiastic about embracing this vital community leadership role and is committed to community consultation. Her focus will be an expectation of strong governance in the interests of the broader community supported by open and easily accessible communication. A key priority is retaining and enhancing community assets and preservation of the historic fabric of the area while encouraging sympathetic, innovative development. Contact details:
