Felicity is a lifetime resident of Bayside where she lives with her young family.
For the financial year 2010/2011 she has represented Bayside City Council on the following committees:
- Tourism Network
- Community Plan Reference Group
- Open Space Reference Group
- Communication Committee
- Audit Committee
- Early Years Advisory Group
She is a strong advocate for promoting and encouraging women into elected representative roles at local government. She is concerned that historically Bayside City Council has one of the lowest rates of elected female representation rates at Councillor and Mayor level in metro Melbourne. In 2010 she shared the joint female ambassador role with fellow councillor Louise Cooper-Shaw.
Felicity is involved with various committees throughout the community including Hampton Primary School and the Hampton Bendigo Bank Steering Committee.
She is passionate about the Community. In particular - the inter relationships, and foundations it provides for our well-being. She believes proactive listening and talking with the community is one of the critical roles of a Councillor.
Her core passions include:

- ensuring the communication loop is timely, relevant and accessible to all residents and ratepayers

She has a strong Marketing background (consumer, services and industrial) spanning over 20 years. She has tertiarly qualifications in both Tourism and Marketing and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Felicity has worked for both large multi-national and medium sized companies. She currently works as a Business Advisor specialising in developing and implementing Marketing Plans and Strategies.
She is a keen local tennis player, runner and is a recent Pilates and Stand Up Paddler convert!
