Council's Planning Processes

Bayside City Council is committed to an integrated council planning process.

This process is designed to ensure effective and open government, including a variety of forms of consultation with the community and input from staff in order to achieve the best outcomes for the municipality.

Bayside's Council Plan is the key document that reflects Council's vision and values and sets the direction for the organisation for the next four years.

This document links Council's policy, budget and planning processes and establishes a range of short and medium term committments to be implemented for the future.
