Election Campaign Donation Returns

The Local Government Legislation Amendment (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2012 received Royal Assent on 30 October 2012.

Section 62A(2), (2A) and (2C) which provide that within 14 days after the deadline for lodgement of campaign donation returns at an election, the Chief Executive Officer must ensure a summary of each return is made available on the Council's website until the entitlement date for the next general election.
