The City of Bayside is gifted with an amazing environment. From our sparkling coastline and it’s ancient dunes, to the urban forest of our streets, there is always something new to discover.

The natural environment is important to the community of Bayside, and so Bayside City Council works to preserve and enhance our local environment where possible. This can involve rehabilitating degraded areas, organizing community planting days, supporting our network of friends groups, and working to ensure that the needs of the environment are considered in the planning process.
