Freedom of Information

Councils are required to make available a wide range of documents for public inspection. Whilst every attempt is made to provide the documents requested, the FOI Act has some limitations upon access.

An application form must be completed and accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $21.50. Further charges may be imposed which recoup in part the cost of accessing the information and the Council officers' time in providing such information.
