Advisory Groups & Steering Committees

Council consults the community on a range of issues via Advisory Groups and Steering Committees.

Advisory Groups are made up of members of the community who meet regularly.  Council staff have the opportunity to talk to them about projects and plans as they are being developed.

When Council has large projects, Steering Committees made up of representatives from different parts of the community are asked to join and provide their feedback.
