Community Engagement Strategy

The aim of the Community Engagement Strategy is to formally acknowledge, and continue to strengthen, Council’s relationship with the community by making clear its goals, principles and commitments for community engagement.  Through our acknowledgement that engaged communities are often the best source of knowledge about their own issues, we aim to develop solutions that are more holistic, integrated, and creative than those with little or no public input.
