Library home delivery service
Homebound service
Residents who have difficulty visiting the library may be eligible for the library Homebound service.
The service includes:
- Home visiting service: providing books and other materials for the homebound.
- Residential care visiting service: staff and volunteers deliver books and other materials to retirement villages and accommodation facilities.
- Community bus visits to the library: Bayside City Council will pick you up and deliver you to the nearest branch of the library so you can select your own material.

Home delivery service
Library items can be delivered to home or business at a cost of $6 per delivery (you can order up to 30 items).
Use the Library Catalogue to select the items you want, then phone 9591 5900 to arrange for delivery.
You may also use this service to have items collected if you can't get them back by the due date.
Library members may subscribe to unlimited deliveries for an annual fee as detailed in our Fees and charges.
