Beach Parking Authority

Residents

A Beach Parking Authority permit is valid from 1 August each year until 30 September the following year.

Ratepayers receive Beach Parking Authority permits free of charge in their rates notices (two per household). Residents can obtain additional Beach Parking Authority permits by completing a Beach Parking Authority application form (residents), accompanied by registration papers which prove that the household houses more than two vehicles, or by signing a Statutory Declaration to that effect. Statutory Declarations and application forms are also available by phoning 9599 4444 or by collecting from the Corporate Centre, 76 Royal Ave, Sandringham.

Non Residents

A Beach Parking Authority permit is valid from 1 August each year until 30 September the following year.

Non-residents may apply for a Beach Parking Authority at a fee of $157.00 and must complete a Beach Parking Authority application form for non-residents.  Application forms are also available by phoning 9599 4444 or by collecting from the Corporate Centre, 76 Royal Ave, Sandringham.
