Commercial health and fitness providers

Commercial health and fitness providers use Bayside’s outdoor environments including Council parks, reserves and foreshore.

All commercial fitness and health providers who wish to use Council open space need to apply for a permit.

To apply for a permit, send your completed commercial health and fitness providers application form (PDF, 117KB) to:

Charged per group at $2 per hour, per location

$80 (flat fee)

This type of use is for longer term or on-going commercial use of Councils open space, including parks, reserves and foreshore.

Applications for a licenses for commercial use of open space will be assessed on a case by case basis.
