The service includes menu choice and caters for special dietary needs. Meals are delivered daily to your door Monday to Friday. Additional weekend meals are delivered on Friday. In most instances meals are delivered chilled for reheating at the time of your choice. Hot meals are delivered Monday to Friday for those residents who are unable to heat a meal. Costs Fees are charged on a sliding scale for most services, based on your annual income. Additional fees are charged for materials used to complete home maintenance work and for travel related kilometres. How to apply Anyone can apply by making a referral for the service, including yourself, a relative or friend, a nurse, a general practitioner or another service provider. Once eligibility occurs a visit is arranged at a convenient time for all parties to discuss your needs and obtain information to assist us to best meet your needs.
