Brighton Shared Pathway - Contract No 040525

Tenders are invited for the above project at Sandown Street Beach, Brighton.

This lump sum contract includes the construction of:

• Rock structures (groynes, revetment and island groyne);
• Timber groyne;
• Underpinning of bluestone drainage structure;
• Renourish beach;
• Elevated precast concrete pathway;
• Cast-in-situ concrete pathway; and
• Associated civil works.

Tender documentation may be obtained from Wednesday 13 October 2004 for a non-returnable fee of $55 from the Technical Services Department at the Corporate Centre or by contacting Andrea Barcaroli on 9599 4317.

Tenders clearly marked:  Contract No 040525 - Brighton Shared Pathway, must be lodged by 10.00am on Thursday, 11 November 2004.

Tender submissions will be accepted in the tender box located in the front foyer of the Corporate Centre, Royal Avenue, Sandringham.  Submissions received after the nominated closing time or by mail or facsimile will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
