Review of Heritage Precincts 2008

Of the 27 precincts identified in City of Bayside Heritage Review, Allom Lovell & Associates (1999) - Volume 3 - Heritage Overlay Precincts study a decision on seven precincts for inclusion in a Heritage Overlay was deferred by Council and they remain unincorporated in the Bayside Planning Scheme.

Given the time lapse since their original identification, the heritage value and integrity of these seven precincts has been reassessed.
