To report a kerb and channel in need or repair (e.g. raised by tree roots, breaking up due to natural wear and tear or holding water), submit an online service request or contact Council on 9599 4444.

To apply for a Vehicle Crossing Permit for the following items, download a Vehicle Crossing Application form and mail it to Bayside City Council, PO Box 27, Sandringham 3191:
- construction of a vehicle crossing
- reconstruction/alteration of a vehicle crossing
- removal of a redundant vehicle crossing
