To report a kerb and channel in need or repair (e.g. raised by tree roots, breaking up due to natural wear and tear or holding water), submit an online service request or contact Council on 9599 4444.

Priority Issue type Service standard

Medium Where kerb and channel is severely raised, with greater than 50mm displacement, and may have the potential to cause accidents, etc, and requires to be made safe. 7 working days

Low All other requests for kerb and channel replacement or repairs. Actioned within 60 business days

To apply for a Vehicle Crossing Permit for the following items, download a Vehicle Crossing Application form and mail it to Bayside City Council, PO Box 27, Sandringham 3191:

construction of a vehicle crossing
reconstruction/alteration of a vehicle crossing
removal of a redundant vehicle crossing
