Road Management Plan

The Road Management Plan has been created in accordance with the provisions of The Road Management Act. It gives details of the guiding principles and practices which are used to maintain Council's roads.

Road Register

The Bayside Road Register has been prepared in accordance with schedule 1 of the Road Management Act 2004. It contains a list of the roads and lanes that Bayside City Council considers are reasonably required for general public use and for which Council is the responsible coordinating road authority.
