Vendors

Council will engage vendor services for this event however our intention is to enhance the community spirit so we encourage our visitors to 'bring your own'.

Food

You are welcome to bring all of your favourite Christmas treats (there will be bins on-site for the disposal of rubbish however if they are full we encourage you to please take your rubbish with you, be mindful that Dendy Park is a playing field and early risers will be exercising first thing in the morning).

Alcohol

We are also happy for you to bring a moderate amount of your favourite tipple. Any large volumns of aclcohol will not be allowed and may be confiscated by Bayside Police, we ask you to respect that this is a family event.

Chairs

You are welcome to bring lightweight folding chairs and a small table but ensure you are mindful of the 'no chairs beyond this point' signage that applies to the area in front of the stage.

Please leave your pets at home as they are not allowed on the carols site due to the fireworks display
