If you require a second Recycling Bin, Domestic Waste Bin or Green Waste Bin, you will need to complete an Application for an Extra Waste Bin which can be obtained by visiting the Corporate Centre, 76 Royal Avenue, Sandringham between 8.30am & 5pm, Monday to Friday, or by phoning 9599 4444 and requesting a form be sent to you.
Only one (1) extra bin of each type is permitted.
For Ratepayers
As of 1 July 2004, the cost of any extra bin/s will be included under the Waste Management Fee on your Rate Notice. The processing of your Application for an Extra Waste Bin by Council will authorise Council to add the appropriate fee to your Rate Notice. The fees are as follows:

For Tenants
If you are a tenant you must ask your landlord/the ratepayer to complete Section 4 of the Application for an Extra Waste Bin before forwarding to Council for processing.
