Where to put your bin for collection

Garbage, recycling and/or green waste bins should be placed out at the kerbside next to your driveway in a clear, unobstructed area, with wheels and handles facing your property, the night before collection is due.

Make sure to:

• put the bins at least one metre apart.
• not place your bin behind a parked car, close to over hanging branches, or too close to power poles or street signs.
• close all bin lids: overfull bins will not be collected and can cause litter problems on our streets.
