The period for submissions from the public to be made concluded on Monday 8 July 2019.
Council presented the submissions received at its Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday 20 August 2019, and resolved to request the Minister for Planning to appoint an independent Planning Panel to consider the submissions to Amendment C165.
The Panel Hearing is scheduled for 11 November 2019.
