Annual Community Grants: 2020/21 recipients

Bayside City Council has provided 45 community organisations with grants of up to $7,500 each for projects that will create opportunities to connect our communities in new ways, as we continue to navigate the ongoing implications of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Community Grants recipients will share in over $208,000 to offer a wide range of programs and activities to Bayside residents.

While we supported a variety of projects, this year’s round of funding gave a higher priority to local not-for-profit community organisations with agendas to improve mental health and build social connections in response to the long-term impacts of COVID-19.

In 2020/21 the total funding available increased from $140,384 to $208,548.
