Anxiety and Stress Management Workshops

Bayside Youth Services and Bayside Glen Eira Kingston Local Learning and Employment Network (BGKLLEN) have teamed up to offer you a one-off workshop on the topic of stress and anxiety.

You will walk away from this workshop with your very own toolkit of strategies to assist you in managing stress or anxiety at home, school or any other environment.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • The difference between stress and anxiety
  • How stress or anxiety affects our brains
  • How to manage your own stress
  • Self-care and why it’s important
  • The benefits of mindfulness
  • A variety of strategies for your toolkit

Who is it for?

This free workshop is for young people aged 13-17 who live, go to school, or have a connection to Bayside.

When is it?

Running throughout the month of May, you can book into any of the following dates to attend this one-off workshop.

  • Wednesday 12 May, 4.30pm – 5.30pm
  • Monday 17 May, 4.30pm – 5.30pm
  • Thursday 27 May, 4.30pm – 5.30pm
