Apply to be a vendor at Pet Expo

To apply you will need

  • Current public liability insurance for $10 million, including a certificate of currency.
  • Food vendors must also have current Food Act registration and Streatrader registration.

Food vendor information

  • Food vendor fee is $130.
  • Food vendors must have their own power supply.

Exhibitor site information

  • Standard sites are 3m x 3m with 1 table and 2 chairs provided.
  • All sites require a marquee either supplied by the business or rented from us.
  • Site fees: site only $30, site with supplied marquee $85.
  • Additional fees: double site $55, power supply $55.
  • Charity or non-profit organisations pay no site or marquee fee, but will be charged for power or a double marquee.

Approval process

  • Exhibitors and food vendors will be selected after applications close on 31 August 2017.
  • Successful applicants will be notified via email with payment options.

Current public liability insurance is required to the value of $10 million to be a Pet Expo vendor. Please contact your business insurance provider for more details.

Payment is required on application approval

If your application is approved, a $130 fee is required to operate at the Pet Expo.
