General waste bin changeover
Starting September, over an 8-week period, we're making the change to red-lid general waste bins. We will be coming around and delivering each property a brand new red-lid general waste bin. If you have a damaged general waste bin, we ask that you please hold off on reporting this, as your bin will be replaced within the next few weeks as part of the community-wide changeover.

We will replace or repair your bin if it has been damaged, broken, stolen or lost.

Once you have submitted your report, please place your bin on the nature strip and it will be repaired or replaced within the next 2 working days.
Is your bin full?
After your next collection, please leave your bin on the nature strip and it will be repaired or replaced within the next 2 working after your bin collection.
