Apply for a street stall permit

Who can apply for a street stall permit?

Street stall permits are only issued to community or charitable organisations within Bayside City Council municipal boundaries. They are issued as per Local Law No. 2 – Neighbourhood Amenity – Part 51.

Permitted sites for street stalls

  • Outside Coles Supermarket in Waltham Street, Sandringham
  • Outside IGA Supermarket in South Concourse, Beaumaris
  • Outside Safeway Supermarket in Hampton Street, Hampton
  • Outside Coles Supermarket, Bluff Road, Hampton
  • Outside IGA Supermarket, Bluff Road, Black Rock
  • Outside Brumby’s, Seaview shopping centre, Balcombe Road, Beaumaris (street stall/raffle only)
  • Outside Gold Stream (Chinese restaurant), Seaview shopping centre, Balcombe Road, Beaumaris (sausage sizzles only)
  • Outside Safeway Supermarket in Church Street, Brighton
  • Outside Oxleys in Were Street, Brighton
  • Outside Dockendorffs in Cochrane Street, Brighton
  • Outside Century 21 at the corner of Carpenter and Bay Streets, Brighton
