Amendment C161 proposes to implement various corrections to the mapping of zones and overlays, wording inconsistencies and spelling errors in order to resolve anomalies in the Bayside Planning Scheme.
The Amendment fixes errors in the Planning Scheme including removing the Heritage Overlay from properties which have been redeveloped, and modifying Heritage Overlay boundaries to reflect cadastral boundaries. It also amends several incorrect addresses and removes repeated listings.
The Amendment applies the recommendations identified in the review of the Temporary Advertising Signs on Recreation Reserves Policy. It updates outdated reserve names and adds the remaining Council owned recreation reserves which have been omitted from the policy.
