Terms and conditions

Photography Competition - Terms of Entry:

Entrants must be a young person aged 10-25 with a connection to Bayside: live, work, study, create or play.
Image must not contain references to drugs, smoking or alcohol.
Photo to be taken within two years of competition.
Photos including people, must either be de-identified or include upon submission written permission for their photograph to be included in the competition.
Participants may enter one photo per category. Participants may only win one prize.
The categories will be judged by the Boombox Events FReeZA committee members, and will be judged based on category and not age range.
Post production edits to images are accepted, please note on entry form the type of edits you have made.
On entering this competition you understand your photograph will be shared by Bayside City Council on its website, social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram and possibly printed for promotional material. Personal information that will be shared includes: Photograph, Young Person’s first name, young person's age.
The judges decisions are final for the winners of the categories and prizes have been predetermined.
The exhibition of the photography competition will be in line with current Victorian COVID-19 restrictions to ensure a COVID-19 safe event. Further details to come.
