For children and teens

The library is a great place to bring the kids for some free entertainment. Not only are there books galore on loads of topics, you can also choose from audiobooks, magazines or the latest DVDs. Kids can spend an hour challenging a friend on xBox, Playstation or WiiU or try some easier games on the iPads. Holiday program events and activities make the school holidays fly by. We hope to see you soon.

Storytime

Storytime introduces children to language, literature and the library. The best way to lay the foundations for a life-long love of reading is to introduce children to a wide variety of books and making reading an everyday part of life. They run from February to December during school terms. For venues, dates and times please refer to our brochure or the News and Events section
