We respond between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If it is an emergency or outside of business hours please call (03) 9599 4444.

Our social media pages are a place we share what’s happening in Bayside and we encourage your questions, feedback and suggestions. To protect participant views and opinions, and to provide a safe and respectful environment for all users, we have rules on what is not acceptable to post or comment.

By using Bayside City Council’s social media pages the user agrees not to share comments or posts that are:
1. Knowingly false, damaging or misleading
2. Offensive, obscene, sexist or racist
3. Considered spam, repetitive or not relating to the subject matter
4. Promotional or commercial in nature
5. Unlawful or incite others to break the law
6. Defamatory or harassing of our employees, volunteers or the participants in our channels
7. Information that may compromise the safety or security of the public

We reserve the right to remove posts or comments that are against our guidelines.
