Beeswax wrap making workshop: session two

Event Details

Get your Christmas gifting all wrapped up with beeswax wraps.

Come learn how make and maintain your own beeswax wraps with Petra Chambers from The Grove 3429, allowing you to eliminate single-use plastic wrap in your kitchen and lunchbox.

Beeswax wraps are also a practical and beautiful gift that send an important sustainability message. Beeswax wraps are washable, reusable and at the end of their life they can be composted or re-waxed.

All the necessary materials will be provided, however if you have a particular cotton fabric that you would like to use please bring it along on the day. Please also bring an apron or art smock to wear.

This is a free event, however registration is essential.

The workshop is not suitable for children under 12 years old. All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

Please note: we will be hosting two sessions for this workshop. If you cannot attend on this date, check out our other session: https://www.bayside.vic.gov.au/events/beeswax-wrap-making-workshop-session-one. Subject to availability.
