Comedy and Connection

Free come and try session 

A program for seniors and the young at heart - this come and try session will give you an obligation free insight into what to expect in the 8-week workshop series.

Comedy & Connection is an exploration of physical comedy, collaboration and connecting to and leading from joy. Expect theatre games, exercises, movement, improvisation and laughter. This is not stand up comedy! We will laugh, we will move, we will explore storytelling through the body and through clowning.

This session is facilitated by comedian and actor Laura Trenerry. The session will be run as a theatre and movement style class and will be followed by morning tea.
