Open House Melbourne

This July, hundreds of locations across Melbourne will throw open their doors to the public for Open House Melbourne, 2022. This year, Bayside City Council will be featuring some of Bayside's architectural gems!

Brighton Town Hall

Corner of Carpenter St and Wilson St, Brighton

Now the Bayside Arts & Cultural Centre, the Brighton Town Hall is home to the Bayside Gallery and three community cultural groups: the Brighton Historical Society, the Brighton Art Society, and the Brighton Theatre Company (open 10am - 4pm).

Bayside Council Chambers

14 Wilson St, Brighton

Across the gardens from the Brighton Town Hall, you can gain an insight into the architecturally designed council chambers, with interiors by Grant Featherstone.

Billilla Historic Mansion

26 Halifax St, Brighton

For the first time in 15 years, Billilla Historic Mansion will be open for guided tours. No bookings required, just meet out the front. Tours commence at 12pm and run on the half hour. They will run for approximately 20 minutes each, with the last tour at 4.30pm.
