Wild in Bayside - Up Close with Wildlife

Our popular Wild in Bayside talks go hands on, interactive and up close!

Learn about the species of our area including the barn owl, tawny frogmouths, fruit bats, banjo and growling grass frog, blue-tongued skinks, local snake species, ringtail and brushtail possums and much more. Some of the animals are extremely friendly and can be held and patted while others such as the tiger snake will be in secure display units.

Black Snake Productions led by Mike Alexander was founded in 2006. Their private zoo is home to almost 300 native animals and they bring them to community events to raise awareness of our wildlife.

Free community event suitable for all ages, children accompanied by an adult please. The event will include a brief Annual General Meeting for the Friends of Native Wildlife Inc.
