Hampton Drop-in Meditation – Monday evenings

Event Details

At Breaking Bad Habits, learn to let go of the negative, limiting, thought patterns that underlie our bad habits, and enjoy the peace of true contentment. Class dates March 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th.

At Love Without Pain, learn to distinguish between love and attachment, and start to enjoy stable and fulfilling relationships. Class dates April 1st, 8th, 15th and 29th.

At Limitless, discover special ways of thinking that allow you to connect with your limitless potential for peace, happiness and wisdom. Class dates May 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th.

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

No meditation experience is necessary, these classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
