Hampton Drop-in Meditation – Monday evenings

Steps to Inner Peace gives step-by-step guidance for taking control of your life. Develop lasting inner peace – the actual cause of happiness – regardless of life’s challenges. Class dates October 28, November 4, 11.

At the Confidence to Change, no one wants to remain ordinary forever. Generate an inspiring vision of yourself; learn the practical methods to make this vision a reality. Class dates November 18, 25, December 2, 9.

At Meditate Pray Love, spiritual development is essential if we are to stay calm and happy in our hectic modern world. Learn the meditations and practices that transform regular daily life into a spiritual journey. Class dates February 3, 10, 17, 24.

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
