Hampton East (Moorabbin) Structure Plan (C151)

The Hampton East (Moorabbin) Structure Plan was adopted by Council in February 2016. 

Amendment C151 seeks to implement the vision, objectives and strategies of the structure plan into the Bayside Planning Scheme through the use of a range of planning tools, including the introduction of the Activity Centre Zone (Schedule 1) to the structure plan area.

What happens next?

Council has requested the Minister for Planning to appoint an independent planning panel to consider the submissions received. 

The Planning Panel hearing is scheduled to commence on 10 May 2017 at Planning Panels Victoria's offices, in hearing room 1, on the ground floor at 1 Spring Street in Melbourne.
